It actually works amazingly well. It follows the basic concept of all the trust scams with the marriage etc.... People r like HAY I WANT C U NEKKID. OK 100 CPS. DONE.
Sure its simple, but that doesn't make it dumb, or not serious whatsoever.

Also I don't play for in game E-love. I play for amusement and pking egyptians is quite amusing. What more do i need than a girl character lvl 90 that baits people and sells fake nudes.
