Well, u know reborns can redistribute their APs right .. so after your reborn is high lvl, ( at least after last promotion or best after lvl 130 hehe) redistribute ALL APs to Vitality. Sure equip your items first ... and then repair items with using COtobo.
U will gain so much HP from this and actually, if u r 130 after rb allready, u dont need to lvl anymore, only pvp so u dont even need dexterity .. u can do it sooner as well, but while u lvl u can up lvl only right hand weap, and becose after redistribude aps from strength to vitality, u will be not able to euqip weap back if u unquip it so your left handed weap cant be taken on higher lvl (sure if u dont wanna waste 2 dbs for redistribute APs, up lvl of weap and redistribute them back on vitality)
