We have no control over the downloaded files because we do not upload them and we do not control when the surveys unlock.
The surveys are run by separate companies that are completely unrelated to ShareCash. We drive users to the surveys, and wait for them to complete all the required questions. Once they finish, the survey providers alert our server that the user completed the survey successfully, with valid information, and our system automatically unlocks the download.
Sometimes, however, the survey providers choose to not unlock the download, for a variety of reasons. You may have entered fake information, used a proxy, completed the survey before, not have cookies or JavaScript enabled, etc. If they choose to not alert our server of the completion and therefore not unlock the survey, however, it is completely out of our hands. All we do is wait for them to tell us the user is done. If they choose not to tell us, we can't unlock the download.
All we do is direct users to the surveys. After they get to the survey, ShareCash is completely uninvolved with what you experience. If the survey did not unlock, you must try a different one and use your valid information
