On saturdays/sundays, does the devil respawn right after it is killed? Or do they spawn at different times on the same day?

i saw the boss once i was in metzone and was returning from this way there is monster attacked me with thunder,,i was far away from him but i died (

no it wasn't the boss it was a normal water devil but in last island before you go out the monsters are toooooooooooooooo strong 1 hit can kill you
