Thanks Ulfius, I guess we just continue as we are now, as long as ppl keep producing the tables I will do my bit to keep it going.

Yeah I won't be supporting speeding directly anymore, the function is there and can be turned on by supplying a correct value for CharEffects in the ma-global file if you really want it.
But as you say its not a header time change version of speed so its not great anyway.

thanks joek for the new version, but the mining options are still not working for me .. it's not even active to check anything in it

maybe it's the multiclient i use ?

You need to turn on the DMA defeats to enable the mining options. go to the L menu and check the dma defeat box and restart CO2M8 then enjoy mining.

i enabled it and did same steps in Joek's mining guide, but still the mining optioins not active to check

Also make sure on the S menu you have the box Act checked. It works for me.

TQ changed a lot of the memory addresses to dynamic so it might be awhile before many of these things get fixed.

Best advice is to be patient and just keep checking back.

I was just reading about this on here cause I was going to get back into CO and this looks bad ***. Can't wait for it to be up again (as it sounds it isn't working)

Well TQ finally did it and made most important addresses dynamic and also added some additional bot detection features.

So that means it will be difficult and possibly unsafe to use co2m8 with the new clients.

I will be looking at methods of dealing these problems as time permits but it will take a while.
