Use the compatibility mode setting in the M8 shortcut link under preferences.
You may also need to hard-set address spacing so m8 and co2 all end up in the same place.
But yes it does work with a little manipulation.

Well I tried to open co2 and m8 with other compatibility mode and it still didnt work. I also tried to open them with same compatibility mode, still didnt work . Beside I have to open Co2 in Win7 compatibility, when i use other compatibility with co2 my fps drops to 0-4.

CO2 version 5178 is out and the current version still works perfectly. (Or so far as I can see.)

Remember the only reason I keep it updated is to support the community so the least you guys can do is hit the thanks button and perhaps drop a line, this is what fuels the project without fuel it will die...

Based on the statistics of the last m8 version only around 20% of you could be bothered to even give a small appreciation of the software your getting for free, so starting with the new year I will be instituting measures to ramp up the difficulty level for the other 80%, if I were you guys I would get on the nice list while you can

I am unable to open the rar file. It says its corrupted or needs a password
i have tried 3 different archivers.

any ideas?
