i understand what u have done to protect your program. We dont wont ppl playing wit your files and putting out bad versions.
im wandering if we could get someone to tell a lil more about this things or even a link going to a site that has what they are and what they do
Some interesting papers came out of the ,
theres detailed papers from various security experts about how anti-virus vendors
are dealing with packer and obfuscator technology in the anti-malware arena.
Boris Lau from Sophos has a good one in there.
I am totally bummed. I have been using this for a long *** time and now my **** AVG locks it. Before I go spending a few hours trying to figure out a way around it with AVG... if anyone already knows how to allow a certain program get past detection manually could you post it please. I am hooked on co2m8 and don't wanna give it up just because my anti virus is retarded.

If you're using AVG 8.0, go to the resident shield section and add the location of the CO2M8 files to the exceptions list. I have the CO2M8 files on my exceptions as well as desktop.

Ok well, I've been waiting, and I guess it's obviously just me.
I'm having a problem. As a proud previous user of this great program, I now can't get it to work. I thought it was because there is no autologin, so I kept waiting for you to re-release it, but I don't think that's the problem, because it's just no hooking onto the client(s). I've tried bringing it up first, then the client. I've tried bringing up the client first then it, I've even ran the client from it through the shortcut area on the login part of the CO2M8. Nothing. Is there something I'm doing wrong or do I need to just delete everything and redownload (again)? I have deleted it and re-downloaded, but I did NOT delete my accounts and all of the settings. I left that alone, re-downloaded, and put everything in the Win-RAR back where the accounts where.

So... Any help? xD
Greatly appreciated.
Please check the co2m8 question thread I answered your question in there.
New co2m8 v1.52 for 5053 now released.
All function still working as required as per previous release.
Changed exe encapsulation method in an effort to make less virus detectors go boink,
will need some user feedback on what issues this now causes and also what detectors are still getting overexcited.
