Yes Sir, It is workingfor the last patch 5070, at least for the two versions I've tested (multiclient 5069 full and multiclient 5069 full+proxy)
Just update your client to 5070. then install Prog4mer's great Multiclient

I dont know why, but my CO is very laggy for a week or so...Every other stuff that uses internet goes , lets say fast, Videos on Youtube are buffered quickly,Sites are opened fast, Msn is loggin supersonic xD ... But CO is Lagging, Idk what its problem..If someone have the same problem can share it with us.

There's no need for an update, it's working for the new patch aswell
just update your game normally, then install progamer's MC

installed multi after patch5071 and now i cant seem to see anyone's names . i do have show names checked, i can only other's guild names and my name
