i cant download from rapid share ! it keeps saying i had exceeded the number of downloads. But i have not downloaded a single thing

i replaced my old 1 with this 1, now my co doesnt work. IT OPENS AND THEN AUTO CLOSES. -k for me, sorry -.-

DIY: Download Hex editor(few examples...):
1. Hex editor 3,12 free to try...
2. Free Hex editor 3,12 free
then instal (duh..)
then open Conquer.exe, press ctrl + f, find with these
