Functionally they are the same.

The 4334 patch killed the 4333 multiclient.
Although you could avoid that patch, it is always better to have a multiclient that works with the most current verison.

dl'd this today...rar'd it..backed up orig con.exe...replaced con.exe...nothing..can only open two clients..

Help..lol..i need my stiggers...have a water>water melee at 127 trying to get her to 130 lol
