I compared the both and they are safe to use.

Hi,
The hex screen is after you "Unpack" the exe file.
That is the true exe file.
Prog4mer only change the necessary and "Re-pack" it.
You couldn't find the "Unpack" detail from your exe file unless you "Unpack" it. ^^
