Multi doesnt work, every few mins DC...when u move with a other char, i DC with all .... whats wrong ? plz repair....

Guys when i put thic MC on my Conquer when i log acc I cant move it when i move got DC and see ppl only how stay not move what the problem is?
I got Vista maybe this is problem?
