no dude, it makes your char move faster, a lot faster, like u use cyclone all the time, it doesnt affect your lvling speed tho, even when u see that your char moves faster, its most usefull for moving faster into far locations and to pvp

i just use conquertool, look in my sig ,there is it !!
it have all zoom hack, speedhack, invisible and 4 things more !!! easy 2 use !
