In order to obtain the Dbc files, you need to extract them from the “ini \ c3.wdb” file, to do this, use “Extension \ WDB-Extractor.exe”, remember that if you want to extract the files in “C: \ Program Files (x86 ) \ Conquer Online \ Conquer Online 3.0 \ ini "you need to run the program as an administrator, but you cannot, since the drive" C: \ Program Files (x86) \ "is a system folder.
First we recommend that you run the program as administrator: right click / run as administrator.
Then you need to configure the program, Tools / options

If error comes up it is because you need administrator permissions to be able to modify files in the system folders.
NOTA
This program cannot edit the current “DAT” files conquer (v6700 or higher) or conquista (9000 or higher), since they use another type of encryption. At this moment I don't know how to encrypt or dencrypt these files
