Yes, when I did this I had no gem and nobody was near me that would disconnect me. I'll disable it and get back to you.
Edit: I disabled it, logged in and still dc'ed me right away. I closed conquer/tobo and re-opened them, with ore dropper still unchecked, and still got the error. Before you ask, I am running SP2.
Strange, I cannot reproduce that error on my machine. Could you run a NULL version of COtobo which does nothing but show you whether the packet engine is working?
I downloaded the new version, opened up tobo, and logged in without changing any settings, to find it dc'es me as soon as I log in, just like before. Just so you don't ask, conquer is working fine when not using this program, so I don't think that is the issue.

Yes but what does it show in the Status tab when you login? Does the dash ("-") below the Disconnect button still stay or is there another message? If you can, also try logging into a char with it which has no equipment or items in inventory.
coldkillerzero:
I might fix COPAC another day, I'm probably going to add a packet logger to COtobo so that the COPAC project can be cancelled.

Double check if your computer is SP2 or SP1.
