No, this meant that the client edits were updated to that certain patch and multiclient was included. This is not the case anymore though, there are some issues at the moment which sadly I don't have time to look into right now.

I would like to tell you that non-vips will never be able to use client edits.
Since in TQ's eyes, the one who isn't VIP are the ones who don't pay.
