Guys....i am feeling so dumb right now but do you have to use a packet editor to edit the server.dat...? Before i could have opened the server.dat by just dubl-cliking it but now it is encrypted i am guessing....anyways if anybody can tell me if i have to use a program to open it just tell me. TY

i dont think that the program works honestly me and a friend tested it out,i was able to use the function D1 ti whisper his username,however it wont send GM message's or Broadcast Messages,the jump/tc warp does not work, the ending doesnt work either..a total fluke in my mind..a good attempt though keep up the "practice"
