and since i can't trust any body else

Hey.. I got the item type.dat file.. and i downloaded it and i am trying to extract it into the ini directiory but then i get this one window that pops up and its called WinRARiagnostics messages.. And it says like it cannt create the file and acces is denied and there is no files to extract.. I dont know why it does this.. Please help
