The in-game announcemet textbox is extremely buggy and makes it impossible to create intricate bullitons. This tool provides a flawless textbox that mimics the conquer textbox in having the same letters per line, length limit, font, and size. Use it to create perfect and amazing bullitons, even drawing pictures and symbols with the leters. Check out the screenshots attached. There is no install, simply download the .zip file and double click the only file inside. It will open in your web browser. It is completely offline. I hope my time was well spent.

No scan really needed its just html so it is clean. Just take some work to get used to editing in it.

Ofcourse they can xD it's only a tool to format it after which I suppose you copy it into the bulletin box.

well you can do it with a notepad too

or what ever

write what you want in the notepad and then copy paste to guild bulletin

Yah but he has limited the space you can write on to be exactly same as the bulletin in-game, same font and size. It's basically a bulletin replica from where you can just copy/paste text. It'd be useless to manually do those settings each time since you can just use this.
