it does. that's just for the normal gem prefix the refined and super are the same as item.

Items which drop from monsters have different qualities. For example if you get 2 normal "meteor earings" which drop from a monster, compare the stats and you will see that the max durability and the stats on the item varies (so named: low, med, high quality).

Items you buy from the shop are all high quality.

at first i couldnt figure out how to use this... but after realizing its just common sense it worked great. i can just walk around in bird island looting and get good items

it makes it so when an item is on the ground, it shows up as what type of item it is. instead of having to pick up every item dropped and checking if theyre refined, unique, elite, or super, it tells you what they are while theyre on the ground.

I'm going to say this one time and one time only. The plus value of an item is not sent to the client until it is picked up. It is impossible to detect plus one items on the ground.
