well download it and get a extracting software get winrar to extract the file and put this in mycomputer/localdisk/programfiles/conquer 2.0/ini put it in there and restart conquer after you restart you'll beable to see any qualities that drop...

A: no because these are from server side and can't show because you don't hold that data the server does.
