TQ made an update which has tried to prevent itemtype.dat modifications, although it still partially works.

i used it, and it only work when u wear the item on, and then i try to drop 1 of the refine item on the ground, it did not show the item quality, all i see is normal like regular item type

Only works on Weapons, im not sure if it works for the talismans.

Update: Updated to also work with the new Attack Talisman's and Defense Talisman's

I am very surprised that TQ has allowed any items to be seen on the ground with these programs, especially the new tower and fan. It takes a buttload of refined items to soc the new items but at least with the modifiers archers can still have a little hope in hunting for them but i kind of think that they have lowered the drop rates for special weapon drops since i see less of them when i plvl in BI.
