All you need to do is:
1) create a spam character
2) in TC and in Market whisper people with your sites name
3) Tell them they will get a free DB for going there
4) Spam about 100-200 people, you are bound to get someone to go
5) If you get an account from someone, sell a DB for CPs, then broadcast to everyone on the server.
