How to Win Lottery items?

SO again. Till i'll find the new timing all will it be just random. But the fact is that it isn't.

P.S. Spent over 1.000 dbs on loto to figure it out and never buyed a single damn db.

Once I'll now the timing I'll share with u. It can take some times. I'm not selfish, i always shared times with my friends but GM figure it out that we know something and changed the "random" time winnings for loto. No times recorded so far works anymore.

Btw in inventory all elite/norm items are 1soc or 2. ))

And much more. Time winnings in loto are the same olso on EO (got full 1soc +12 equip in 3 hrs lmao but hated that game) and ZO (too litle irl buyer to worth the time playing that game - u have to be extremely lucky to win some very good items in that game - so i was extremly lucky rofl).

ive played with a source to the lotto, its just a bunch of percents that slightly rise everytime someone does lotto, it can be reset by a GM/PM but it always automaticaly rests after server maint. But as far as it giving out at certain times, unthinkable we all know TQ is much to lazy to take that much time to code such things as it is much easier to just set low give pcts and reset them every so often. And as far as the common pct reset time, that just shows you when the GM is currently in the server, but in pluto its about at 16:00 that the lotto resets, I usually get elite soc boots, and soc bag, and stone packs... i normaly do lotto around 14:00-15:30 server time. But yea good topic tho man.

=o im starting to think all these 'lottery exploits' are really tq gms posting to get people to buy n waste more dbs by telling people that this 'trick' will get you the top items ^^ haha .. nah anyway interesting topic especially ones about the percentages n reset times ive never had any luck with lottery , but then again i dont like to play it much .. ive used 10 or so dbs n can safely say apart from the +8 2 hander n 2 soc tro armor all other items have lost me my cps ='(

thus far in my experience when you go in right after one or two people win 2-3 things consecutively you get better stuff (more often) i personally havent gotten anything better than an elite 2soc halberd or +3 stone, but usually when i go in right after other people win 2-3 things consecutively i'm able to win 2 decent things (good enuf for it to anounce) out of 2 tries. I usually pick the bottom green one in second to left row, the purple one in the middle, or the red one on top in the right row. it seems that i also wouldve been better off just buying db's with my cps (for more worth). I dont really see times, because their random function is most likely based off of a time seed, and some general time frame isnt going to do it. a 1501 seed is completely different from a 1502 seed (just picked arbitrary numbers close to each other) unless they have a really screwed up random function. probably just used the provided one from C library
