better way is to go right after a server merge or mainanence, works great.
ive gotten Super +8 tao bag Elite 2 soc Tro armor Elite +8 ring on the first 4 trys i made the other 1 was a +8 stone not as good but still good on only 4 trys i got all of that

there is a small "trick" to the lotto and its not the same on every server
think about how this is the correct way to do it b4 u post something contradicting me. you get better wins the less people that are logged on.
the reason? easy if ther eis a server so lame and dead only 100 ppl are on it, it cannot have the same lotto win rate as a server with 10,000 ppl on it
it just would not work.
this is also the same reasoning behind any "soc trick"
if there is 10 ppl online then the server must raise the soc rates cause a lot less people will be spamming mets now u see?

pretend so rates are 1/50,000 with 10 ppl on a server nobody will ever get a soc
same with lotto probability of a 2 soc ill guess 1/25,000 so a dead server will never get a 2 soc, my server is PACKED (unfortunatly with egyptians) kosom islam and hanek aley gabek.

less ppl online= more chance to win lotto or soc items from spamming mets

actually this method works i got a soc archer hat, and a lot of garmets this is the best method. Whenever someone wins something good, you always click the red box
