it is safe. The non-dc speedhack does work, and the methodology to achieve non-dc is interesting .... lol ... i'll say no more.

CID has a non-dc cyclone b4 you released yours as far as i know (i do know theres a difference, but you didn't specify)
and theres prob multiple other proxies that had it b4 then

giving credits will be a huge problem for me
since all my programs are based on suggestions and self-learning + rewrite codings
if he edit the script of yours and release it, yes i do believe one should give credit
but in his situation, he learned ur idea / figure out himself, and release it completely new, i dont think its necessary
anyhow, u will be expecting next generation speedhack will all have NO-DC
(and since when do u credit whoever first make speedhack/double hand/jumping/command possible? where do u get the ideas from? if u say u figure all those address by urself, maybe he can say the same thing too)
once u released something in public, u should be expecting the method is also released
once its gone, it will never come back

ich will euch das wohl beste Interface nicht vorenthalten. For the Horde hat mit seiner ersten Version seines eigenen Interfaces schon gute arbeit geleistet. Aber das naja nich mehr ganz aktuele ist noch besser.

Achja FTH benutzt X-Raid , nicht jedem seine Sache. Das Interface ist aber auch mit CT_RAID kompatibel.
