Yes pick the item up... Otherwise no + items are completely Server side...

u cant, its decided when u pick the item up, plus he didnt even make this, his friend did.

@ judirek : there is no + detector-.- it doesnt excist when you pick it up it will make automatic to + -.- not when its dropped by a mob
