i downloaded it but it says that it has stopped working. A friend told me to push the window key and it still didnt work please guild me through or help

You can easily make your own dual weild, simply get cheat engine and search for different values when logging in with different account with different professions to find the address for your profession. If I have the address on my laptop. I'll probably paste it here, then just change the value to a trojan's value, i think 10 and then you'll be able to hold two weapons. However, that is only for non taos and above lvl 40.
