Vista users do the following : Right Click on CID7Proxy file and "run as adminitration"
If it says Congested,Check your server.dat or the one that Xtreme provided.
Also check if its down or maints

@jp and joey tell me whats specificly wrong.

clarify that please b/c i ran as admin on the proxy and the loader and it still dosent work and firewall is not on

@corbinator Make sure you have all the latest files. Don't mix new updates with old ones. The config files were updated... ill take a look again tonight, and work on it some more

Of course you can! I'm running this on 2 different PC's both run Vista. Never had to put special permissions or anything, except the firewall when I first ran it.

I installed java,downloaded proxy,extract ALL files in the winrar,then run admin the proxy,run admin the loader,then i cheated

lmao...i have done the exact samething with no firewall at all on either...is there a certain folder in the conquer folder i extract them to or do i jus put them in the conquer folder? and you have vista too right?

Yeah i got Vista(bitchy)It has to be in CO2 folder cause of server.dat changes

that error has nothing to do with proxy, its a bug in conquer and how many monsters you killed last time.

If you pin the CIDProxy to start menu without making it a shortcut, you will get that error. Could be what XtremeX-CO said though.
