ANI Quality Editor - Display selected DDS

first time i tried i had that problem where none of the items were showing

nah man.. not working, tryed several times but it just aint working.. lemme get this straight..

- install that program
- replace the mapitemicon file when it says if i want to reply press yea..
- that test file just can be putted in data ..

right?

but i dont think i understand what u mean by restarting the client? so if u would explain me that i would be very statisfied lol

not data directory....its data\MapItemIcon\ , inside there exists together with many other DDS files
restarting the client means, u close all CO windows after u replace the file

invisible = something wrong with the location of test.dds

is it just too hard for people to understand they need to put those 2output files in different folders?

i'm having a different experience with this. I'm running Win Vista Home Basic and when i ran the macro, it took over 12 hours to complete and when i finished, the elite and super items became invisible =(
also the first post said the test.dds file is supposed to appear on the desktop but it didn't. i found it in the folder however when i extracted the folder from the .rar

Note:the hotkey q^:: will not be active becuse it doesnt exsit in the current keyboard layout and after i press ok
this message apear:
Error at line 114
line text:^r::reload
Error: invalid hotkey
the program will Exit

Instructions:
1. Open Program
2. Select your location of the MapItemIcon.ani
(if it is default in C:Program file, this step will be skipped)
3. Pick the quality that u want to change
4. OK to start

Process take around 5-15mins, due to reading & editing 60000+ lines
u can press Ctrl+Q to check the process anytime u want


After the editing is done, it will display a message to inform u

2 files is added on ur desktop
move the MapItemIcon.ani to Conquer 2.0ani folder
and move the test.dds to Conquer 2.0dataMapItemIcon
before overwriting, always remember to do a backup

restart ur CO client, and drop items to check
u should be able to see something like this:

walk around in BI, u will be surprise how much quality item that people dont pick up
and the ugly pink paw with white background should be pretty easy to be seen within all those gold and trash in the background

and if u dont like the pink paw dds, u can change the test.dds to whatever image u want. DDS files can be edited with photoshop.

First, great program. Second is it possible to have different dds files for the different qualities? I would love to know if the item is ref, uni, elite, or super. This is especially helpful if someone is camping on the item. I wouldn't pk for a ref or uni but I would for an elite or super.
