its not related at CO, so it should always work
it will work even u dont have CO window

this will run as long as u have PAINT in your computer....

hey evan, i got the tool finally working for me
and you wont believe what i did

i changed video cards

my first one was an integrated ATI x1200 graphic card 128mb

now, i have a nvidia GEforce 8800

works like a charm
