I'm getting trouble with Disconnecting every 5-10 minutes... Makes no sense to bot anymore :S

13 August 2012 Hey everyone!
The current condition the bot is in is everything except perfect cause of TQs latest patch. Dean sadly isn't able to fix the bot currently cause of him being on holiday. He is staying in France and should enjoy a holiday like any other person does.
Dean will be returning to his own place 21 August. This is his returning date and I can't promise that an update for CoGenius will be available that day. Dean will not only get the bot fully functioning again, but will also start working on some neat improvements/ features once he's back.
The subscriptions are of course paused. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but hope you understand that everyone deserves a vacation.
It has been a while since you all heard a single thing from me, but here I am writing this announcement, even tho I am not around on the forums much you can always reach me via PM, which I check once in a while.
There's no need to create any posts on when things will work or how outrageous you may find the current situation, it is the way it is at least until the 21st.
Try to enjoy your time without a fully functioning CoGenius, be nice in the chat and no advertising any other product.

I really do appreciate this update, but it would have been nice for Dean to post 4 days ago or ask someone else to post on his behalf that he wouldn't be able to work on the bot for a long time rather than leaving his customers hanging and wondering if he was working on the issue or if he was even alive. Of course Dean deserves a vacation, but he's made a habit of not telling people shit which is simply inconsiderate because it only takes a second to do that. This isn't the first time he's left people hanging when he could have simply spent 1 min. explaining to people that he was on vacation and wouldn't be able to work on it, although, I guess it's better he let us know late than never. Yes, many customers can be a pain, no doubt, but I'm pretty sure that some of the money he is enjoying in France came from those same customers.
Bottom line, Dean needs to let paying customers know hes unable to work on the bot and when he will be able to work on the bot so customers aren't constantly checking the site for an update.
