i think what it does is, uses 2 different skills on a stake repeatedly so you dont have to keep switching it urself, e.g.

if you put fast blade on f1
and put scent sword on f2

it will use f1 'fastblade' for about 5 minutes then it swiches to f2 'scent sword' for 5 minutes then back to f1 then f2 again, so the macro keeps on repeating its self overtime,

but i dunno because i havent downloaded it and the releaser dont tell people wtf to do.
