Yeah i realized that i should download the newest version XD Anyways, once i open it and it imports.. You cant edit anything. Im confused at this point.
Not sure where to start, any tips?
I cannot find stripper v2.07 i got stripper v2.11 rc2
i'v checked the latest cracked version 30-04-2006, and there was somthtg changed about the TimerFunc, different from the un cracked dll. maybe this is smthg we should look more into... check it with a asm viewer like ida or ollydbg.. to bad i dont how to change that code.. fallenstar, if u can share some tips with us it would be awsome, or maybe the last full cracked version :P

If you look at what he said, basil gave us most the info, that means we need to get c++ and rewrite the timefunc, to me thats what it means anyways. I cant find a copy of C++ anywhere.. so ill keep looking.

lol anyone from Triumph server?...
about how long you think its gonna take before some braniac
'cracks' it?

Dicks like you dont deserve it. I hear there is a tutorial in lvl2 forums, if i could learn id be cracking it whenever new patch came out. I know how to do it, but i cant seem to find a program that can decompile it correctly.
i can strip it/decompile it but without some clue as to what to remove/change i'm at a loss here lol.
Ever since bitvector and fallenstar have been crackin it i have been trying to learn to do it on my own but i need some sort of *hint* in the right direction as to what to do bitvector was very vague in older posts as to how it was done and i assume that was for a reason to prevent just anyone from doin it.
Maybe fallen will share some info with me to fix it for myself LOL in the meantyime i'll have a look at the timerfunc mentioned previously

Yeah, the purpose is to share, but not everything can be shared publicly. Thus you know why there is lvl2 / lvl3 in this forum.
To Tw3ak:
Thanks for backing up. Couldn't thank more.
I'm not insulting those who can't program as noobs, hope you all get it right. You all know what this forum refers the "noobs" as and I am refering to the same.
To those who think I'm full of **** and lied. Ok I am, if that would makes you feel better.

I agree 100%
However, like a few have stated, maybe provide a little guide on how to do it. With some instruction there is no doubt I can do it. Many won't be able to, which will eliminate all these "leechers"
I dunno
I hope someone does it and helps us out

I backup the technical "how-to's". I believe it's the way to restore the community back to it's original intentions, and gather more contribuitors to the scene.
I myself have basic ASM and C knowledge, but i'm totally unfamiliar with reversing, as far is CO is concerned. (although i've seen some msg.Create() routines with GEM in them with IDA - reading ASM HURTS).

Also, if we are given instruction, we'll pick up on it (especially those of us in the midst of learning it through school, me for instance). Also, we'll be able to contribute to other things if we can do it/understand it.

Ok, don't flame me for being a noob. I tried using the newest TQProgram, the trial version that is supposed to work after patch 4312 but it doesnt work for me. As far as I can tell you are all trying to crack this particular release of the TQProgram, but if it doesnt work when its not cracked, how is cracking it going to help? You'll still get the frozen screen right after the startup... Has anyone actually got the trial to run for the 20 minutes its supposed to?
