I found a way to modify a little the client in a way that everyone can have a clean client without the adwares in every single Tab they open.
Lets start the tutorial.
1: First one find were you installed the game.
2: You will have to find this folder and destination in your Game Folder, screen below

2) Edit the line <id>LolClient</id> with <id>LolClient2</id>
3) Save and open LoL again
