it will not work out of the box. you need to put tiny whiny bit of effort into it i don't won't clueless kids to use it (but hey modifications are so hinted and so easy they will)
it will also scroll / dc when low hp (that is, out of pots)

It may not work for everyone because not every pc has the same pixel codes..ATI/Nvidia of all sorts are completely different so what might work for a few will not for ALOT.
Me and my buddy have made pixel based bots and everytime me or him complete one we exchange it with eachother to test it but we always have to modify the pixel codes for our type of gfx card because what the code is on his co is not what mine is.
So this may be a keylogger or even if it's not it's not going to work for everyone just people that have aprox the same gfx specs as the creator fo the bot.
But no pixel based macro bot should ever eat all of someones resources so i say it is most likely a bs bot...Or the person that made it doesn't know anything about memory and just slapped together a crappy progy who knows : /
