I'm using windows XP though, I'm not using windows vista. Is there anything else I need for this to work? I don't know.

For Vista Users Right Click The Program And Run As Administrator If I helped Click The Thanks Button If I Dident Help Click The Thanks Button Anyway *****

Yes, it is supposed to DC if it reads the HP from the wrong address.

That way seems to be the most reliable way so far...

Or, get Cheat Engine.
Find how much HP you have. Search the conquer process for that value.
