I would say to the first question: TQ have a better prevention system than before and not all the botters are even smart
For question 2-3-5, you have a bad internet connection or your pc is to slow or you need to change the settings of the bot

CLEAN CLIENT
Never use your best char with a BOT/SPEEDHACK/SKILLLVLER

Well well, let me guess, you play on a new server (where are more scannings) or you played somewhere with a bunch of people (like Bird)
Anyway if you know something about programming you can use some tricks to prevent scanning, taping or some other report abuses

Yes, if you dced before you need to jump to another place first before restart botting.
If you didn't dced before, you must look :
-If you have Framework4.0
-to your settings if everything is ok
-if you are not near a Gate,Black hole or anything that bugged you in game
-A slow computer

But if you play on old server you have the chance that the GM's not scanning, but TQ have loads of reports last months so they don't check them all (otherwise they are CRAZY
)
And for that player who reports you.... if it is a BR player you have 90% chance that they don't report you because there english is bad.
believe it or not i made 10 dbz and 2 SDG ....they took it all so that i will buy cps from site to get out
