this trick isn't safe don't use this or else permanent ban, this trick worked a long time ago before may 2015,
just an advise goodluck for those who will risk everything just for a gem.

backstory : we have a telecom that can make a purchase in COC (gems), you just need a load for your sim to buy gems like 500 pesos for 100 gems i think? (i really don't know co'z i don't buy gems) many curious guys are really good at hacking so they will buy and refund the gem's it will stay and they can get their money back 100% refund they're repeating it as long as they want (unli gem).
a few weeks after the gem flood supercell decided to block the telecom so it will get stopped,
a few weeks after the blocking another hacked came, they used the CREDITCARD still the same procedure "buy & refund" this trick had a short period of time like 3 days i guess? and again it was blocked and detected.
another trick came ( lol like it will never stop right? ) someone bought a sim from another country and like the 1st trick it worked fine this was the longest trick i know still the same procedure but with other countries sim. and then GPC. in short the trick never changed just buy and refund, I've even heard rumors that SUPERCELL will ban the PHILIPPINES from the server but it didn't happen.
