Whats wrong?

This issue was fixed in v4.1.1
Make sure you are using latest v4.1.1 and not v4.1
Also provide some more details (more logs,snapshot)
Was this problem after "6 Hours Break"??

Its a false-positive.
There is no need to Proof Virus in something which is Open Source...

If you are willing to use Closed Source bots, then its your Choice..

If you delete .exe file, read source code and compile it yourself (by deleting malicious code your are thinking above), you will still get false-positive ....
