CoD Black Ops Loading Circle

Hi guys.
I got this annoying problem when running Black Ops.As soon as the game starts i got 2 in 1 mouse pointers-the one from Black Ops and the loading circle from Windows7-for both single and multiplayer.

Its as if a transparent window opened over the game so i can see the "window" and the game at the same time-as to describe the "situation".

I can't click nor press any button.I'm just stuck at the "Press any key" screen in SP.

How can i solve it?I've tried changing resolution,window mode,compatibility,etc and yet nothing worked out.

Edit:I will be uploading a video on YouTube so that you can get the idea.

Any help would be GREAT!

I know this problem! only answered is delete Black ops and install new... That would fixed your problem

done that 7 times now :/

Alt+Tab from Blakc OPS to desktop and than from desktop to Black OPS

if i do that i get not responding.

need some way to edit the dxd.dll's

Isnt that DirectX
Try to reinstall DirectX

reinstalling dxd is a serious work and i dont want to screw up my system.

i must find a way to edit the game's .dll's so that to stop that overlay from starting.
