From what I can tell, you haven't been around the COD scene for very long, which is completely fine. They have targeted slotted and actual private cheats in the past. PA, 鬼, DemonLab, Chloe Cheats, Chen's, etc. were all invite-only, with some having fewer than 100 users, and they've been force-closed over the years.
The truly private scene you see with FN, RL, or Val doesn't really exist in COD anymore. At this point, most of what gets marketed as "private" is just Chinese or Russian reskins being sold under the guise of exclusivity.
The closest thing you'll find is PA, and even then, you're looking at spending thousands on their other products and being a member for 2-3 years before you're likely to get an invite for their COD cheat.

There is two private communities (that I know of) that the COD scene won't even know about because COD is a side project from them, I am a member of both of them and you may have heard of them too if you're into Fortnite and Valorant scene. They are very low pop sites too. But you're right, the proper private scene for COD is far and few.
