Part 1: Resolving TPM "Failed Attestation" Errors
This error indicates that the anti-cheat system cannot verify your TPM 2.0 module. Follow these steps to resolve it:
1. Enable Hardware Security in BIOS/UEFI
Enter your BIOS/UEFI menu during system boot.
Ensure both TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are set to Enabled.
Note: Depending on your motherboard, TPM might be labeled as fTPM (AMD), PTT, or Intel Platform Trust Technology.
2. Verify Status in Windows
Press Win + R, type tpm.msc, and press Enter.
Confirm that the status reads "TPM is ready for use" and the specification version shows 2.0.
3. Clear the TPM (If Errors Persist)
If tpm.msc displays errors, look under the Actions panel on the right side and select Clear TPM.
This will reset the module to its default state.
4. Clear the Specific Security Key
Open Command Prompt as an Administrator.
Run the following command to delete the specific attestation key:
CMD :
certutil -csp "Microsoft Platform Crypto Provider" -delkey ActivisionAIK
5. Update or Downgrade BIOS Firmware
Outdated motherboard firmware can break TPM attestation. Update your BIOS and chipset drivers to the latest version.
Alternative: If you still experience attestation errors on AMD platforms after updating, try downgrading your BIOS version by 1 or 2 releases.
⚠️ Important: Restart your PC after making changes in the BIOS or clearing the TPM to allow the settings to fully apply.
Part 2: HWID Ban Workaround
If your hardware ID has been flagged, the following hardware adjustments are typically required to restore functionality:
Clean OS Install & MAC Spoofing: Perform a fresh, clean installation of Windows and modify/spoof your network adapter's MAC address.
Use a Dedicated Hardware TPM Module:
Disable the CPU's built-in firmware TPM (AMD fTPM) in your BIOS.
Purchase a dedicated, external physical TPM module compatible with your exact motherboard model (e.g., Infineon SLB9670 or SLB9672).
Plug the module directly into the TPM header on your motherboard.
Enable the external TPM device under the Security tab in your BIOS, then verify its initialization using tpm.msc in Windows.
and thats it you are Unbanned
