Inf Spoofer causing ESP delay on SOME cheats

Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm on 5700x3D

And for some reason when pairing my cheat with Infinity it causes lag on the ESP. (It only happens with me on a X3D, my friend with intel is good and another with 5600X is good aswell, same cheat and spoofer)

Is there something I might do to fix it? on Windows or bios?

Yeah no fixes, apparently it's the hypervisor

tried older bios versions no fix, last option would be to try another windows version but I doubt that would change anything...

Can't reach Inf support on telegram, they released an Intel patch that fixed delay on intel for some users, if only they released an AMD patch :/

Could be Infinity not playing nice with X3D CPUs. If other spoofers are fine

I have a friend with a X3D that doesn't present this issue (same CPU as mine 5700X3D)

My bet right now is either windows version (for some reason)
Or it's really something to do with the hypervisor and I have no clue what could possibly fix it

That's strange. Have you tried reflashing BIOS or reinstalling drivers?
