Horrible Support from Hypervision

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to see if i'm the only one experiencing this horrible support from Hypervision.

The cheat itself is very good, but once you encounter an error (*** forbid) then you're doomed. Most issues i had until now i had to resolve myself.

Recently got an error when injecting, made a support ticket on their website with all the information they would need. Also made it clear the issue is on their side since I tried everything from my side, including going back to a restore point + re-installing windows.

I wrote in their Telegram channel to ask why support is so horrible (basically non existent), and i got spammed that i need to open a ticket and wait

After second message saying if it's normal that the support takes so long, i got muted

Can anyone else relate or did i just get unlucky?

Says the guy who treats people with disrespect, bans people for voicing their concerns, disrespect users entirely. You cant be saying that while also be known for treating people badly in your support and discord. You have a bad attitude and it shows.

Have you tried to reason with them at all? This is the first I heard, but alot of things happen outside this site. Could be 2 sides to this story.

Have you tried to reason with them at all? This is the first I heard, but alot of things happen outside this site. Could be 2 sides to this story.

You can keep these lies for yourself, people who are treating us and advance with respect receive the same from us, not to mention that you dont have any proofs of whatever you said and just talking out of your ***, kek

I have nothing to prove to you, Look at the tone and how you just wrote to me? Look at your attitude. I'm not going to argue with you about it, it's not worth my time. You treat everyone like that. We can all see your posts its. It's enough proof there. You cant even have a conversation or a disagreement without acting like a child.

Yeah read what i wrote again and try to force your alternatively gifted brain to process it, you are accusing me ( or more like slandering me ) in serious things and expect that now i will talk to you with respect? You could try reaching out to them again — maybe start the conversation without pointing out that the issue is on their side or commenting on their support.
I'm guessing that last message just went into the wrong hole.

Have not seen any bad reports about their support or product so far

I tried my friend, but they're just not responding on the tickets, which is unfortunate because the product itself is very good.

Also, my tone in my message in their Telegram was very casual and chill, not attacking or something, i'm not a kid hahahaha - but either way they still muted me

I cannot reason with them if they just do not respond anywhere hahaha, it's very annoying and unprofessional but it is what it is. Time for some worthy competitition so they can step up their game ^^

Understandable.

It's unfortunate, I dont expect support for cheats to be perfect by anyone but there should be some level of communication and understanding with a touch of professionalism. This is just the first I heard as well.

Yeah i expected better, since they're very well known in the scene but we'll see, hopefully they will improve this aspect of their product service.

I'll say this, I was very skeptical to use Advance at all due to to the post I had seen, I used it like 2-3 months ago, I had a issue and Linely fixed it for me and Other than that I haven't had any other issues. so on my part Advance is pretty good.

(i had a bug that the cheese, would use the wrong game ver despite the correct platform being selected

asking for a hwid reset on HV is a crime for them, they literally accuse you of sharing your cheats with other people, like were dealing with cod here, Ive been getting perma banned for raging all the time, i got spare motherboards cpus and ssds laying around, I need a hwid reset but nah they just accuse you for sharing and block you and take weeks to reply.

I got my main account perm banned using them anyway and I didnt even use there strongest aimbot settings and Im pretty sure its happened to alot of people using them, I think they had a small detection idk
