How to soft unlock?

I see services like sector51 selling soft unlock camos. They add a camo to a build and you're able to use it. Would I be able to just do this with an unlock tool?

Isn’t it an unlock it self? Sure sounds like 1, if RUT already said there is nothing else to bypass it, i’d take his word for it

You can still do this. You will get banned tho . people only using unlock tools these days on rage cheating accounts
