I can't comment on the Kernaim stuff you said. As far as I'm personally aware, they are a legitimate provider who can be trusted. I recommend you reach out to them and see if it can be resolved, I don't think opening threads like this helps, but I understand things can be frustrating with cheating sometimes.
If despite that you're still looking for an alternative cheat, you could give proofcore a try. We tend to focus on security, have had an undetected streak before of five years and we've recently revamped security, optimized the cheat and added controller support.
