(REQUEST) MWR Steam stats editor/Unlock All

So far I had only found a soft unlocker that works for MWR, but no stat editor. Wondering if anyone has an updated tool or where to find one

And yes, I do find 1 or 2 lobbies per day (normally 2 different ones with the same players).
