False ban reports and alt account effort to lower reputation

Making this thread to clear up recent accusations from some EPVP members after we had a few ban reports last week. Took us a few days to investigate everything properly before posting this. In total, we counted around 15 permanent bans in 3-5 days, 4 of which were from HVH players who had been only doing HVH for a while and even mentioned it in their ban reports.

From our own investigation, 5-6 bans were on us due to an injector update we pushed on 15.02.2025.

Over the next few days, that number went up to 15-ish. At the time, 150+ users were injecting, so we didn’t think too much of it, especially since another provider got detected around the same time and we had a bunch of new users switching over, so it was kinda obvious that some were already HWID banned and ended up buying our HWID spoofer (which doesn’t support the Xbox version).

After checking support tickets, we saw that a few of those bans were from new users on Xbox Game Pass who bought our internal cheat and spoofer after coming from the detected provider. Turns out, our spoofer was failing on every HWID banned Xbox user, so their bans had nothing to do with our cheat.

That said, some bans were definitely from our injector update, since it was flagging randomly during injection. We rolled back the update on 20.02.2025, and everything’s been running fine since.

Also saw people claiming we deleted ban reports, which is completely false. The only messages we removed were from new Discord members and people posting reports with zero useful info, no ban screenshot, no details, nothing we could actually investigate. Just random "I got banned" messages with no context. Every actual ban report is still visible in the ban reports channel and public chat.

We 100% have not had more than 15-20 ban reports total since release even with this issue in the last 3-5 days. I am asking every single customer who has ever purchased our cheat to post their invoice and ban report. If you actually got banned, you’ll have an invoice to prove you were a customer, and that alone will clear up a lot of misinformation.

And most importantly, this whole thread and all this is about our internal cheat, a side project. Our external cheat which now counts almost 600 active licenses has never had issues, never been detected since release, and is the reason we got added to the legit list. Our internal project was never part of the legit list, and our status on the list only applies to our external cheat since that got us added on the list otherwise we need 2 places on list for internal and external to make it clear for public.

To keep this thread on EPVP and to show that there is not more ban reports, I would like everyone to stick to facts. If you are a customer and got banned, post your invoice and ban report. If you are a not customer and your opinion is based on misinformation, keep it to yourself. And if you are a paster who can’t keep a cheat online for three months without a ban wave, focus on your own cheat and reputation instead of worrying about ours. We will handle our reputation and our issues the way we think is fair for community and us.

To be fair with community I will document this as detection even though almost entire userbase wasn't banned at all, but we caused few bans and it was our fault. Internal detection date with 15+- ban reports was 15.02. - 20.02. and external is still never detected.

I personally started using in December (12/6/2024). I tried both external (month sub) and internal myself and enjoyed it. Hopefully once I get myself sorted after my recent house fire I will purchase again. ♥

Yeah external never had a single issue since release, thats our main project. (check last update from today, we released beta build with new features.)

Thats looks fun never tried it, I always try to play safe and look legit even if I know there is a cheater also on other team

I was perm banned and removed from their discord. I have the invoice and screenshot of my ban but don’t know how to attach . I was banned after only a couple of hours. I used internal and Microsoft store. I have moved on to a different provider and have t had any issues now. I’m not emotional just stating facts. Please tell me how or where to post the invoice and ban screenshots for proof. There may be people trying to lie for whatever stupid reason but I’m not one of them.
