Cheat that kicks other players from the game??!!

I’m not sure if I can link a twitter post here but Charlie intel have just posted a guy using a menu that kicks other players from the game? First ive heard of anything like that and possibly game breaking beyond beliefs if true 😂 anyone seen this before?
